Rowe Beauty Cosmetics was founded on January 17, 2019 by Rowe Deville. She is optimistic as they come, she tries to understand and find the positive in every situation or aspect of her life. She has always believed there is beauty within everyone. All her peers and family members will tell you that she encourages and uplifts everyone she encounters. After achieving two college degrees, getting married and having children — she found her niche by starting Rowe Beauty Cosmetics. The beauty industry is very harsh on one another, which led Rowe Deville to create a “Slay With Us” stance against the beauty industry norm. She does this by providing kindess, love, and support to Rowe Beauties. All the items she creates are high quality for affordable prices. She creates everything with Rowe Beauties in mind. She strives to make a difference amongst the regular status quo in the beauty industry. She encourages you to be kind and love yourself first, always!
